RNIB's Request For Support
The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) is looking for specialists in IT, and for one-to-one trainers who can help others become familiar with 'getting online'. They are looking to build a small team in the Portsmouth and Isle of Wight area, as part of RNIB’s "Technology Support Squad". The number of people aged 65 and over accessing the internet has risen by more than a quarter in the past year, driven by a three-fold increase in the use of tablet computers to go online.
