Of course it's all a guessing game, and I'm assuming that IPEA wasn't a typo. The IPEA is an alliance of regulatory engineering bodies such as the EC in the UK. Some of these bodies also award Chartered Engineer registration to their qualified members. So Raja probably meant to ask: is a UK registered CEng equal to Chartered Engineers from other IPEA member bodies?
