I have been experiencing a significant delay in my CEng PRI (Professional Registration Interview) arrangement. I wonder if anyone else is in a similar situation. I would be grateful for any advice or information from anyone who has been through a similar process. 

Here is my timeline: 

* 11/2023: Submitted my CEng application; Paid IET membership fees on same day per request. It mentioned that it may take 20-22 weeks for the PRI arrangement (assume is 22 week, that will be May 2024 latest)

* 01/2024: CEng Application Acknowledgement

* 02/2024: progressed to Professional Review Interview

* 03/2024: I asked for an update on PRI arrangement

* 03/2024: IET replied: "We are fully booked for April and are aiming to hold your interview in May 2024."

* 05/2024: I asked for an update on the PRI arrangement again

* 07/2024: Today. No any response, no any updates. 

I am aware that IET is volunteer-based, but I feel that this process could be improved. As an IET member, I feel that the member experience could be enhanced. This delay is preventing me from making my work/travel plan for the next stage, as the PRI "may" come at any time.

Could anyone advise me on how I should proceed? I would be very grateful for any advice.
