I am a mentor to several Engineers and I wanted to know if there is a way of formally recognising their work?
For my Mentees in my current place of work we have an official process for recognition.
For the mentees who excel I drop a recognition at the end of year. It tends to give them a great boost. It would be great to be able to do this for my Mentees outside of my workplace. Ie for the Mentees I have through the IET.
