Career manager error

Hi, 

I am currently unable to access the career manager and is indicating "error 500", is there an easy fix for this?

  • Hi   I'm not aware of any issues and it seems to be working OK for me, but I will pass on your query to our Career Manager team. Please could you send an email to careermanager@theiet.org with the steps you took and a screen shot so they can look into it further?

    We had another member report something similar to us a few months back:  Career manager error 500 

    In that thread I think they said they were using backslashes in the address when they didn't need to? 

    However as my colleague Liz says, reach out to the team via careermanager@theiet.org and they'll make sure everything is in order with your account for Career Manager Slight smile
