We had another member report something similar to us a few months back: Career manager error 500
In that thread I think they said they were using backslashes in the address when they didn't need to?
However as my colleague Liz says, reach out to the team via careermanager@theiet.org and they'll make sure everything is in order with your account for Career Manager
