FEANI Eur Ing

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone can advice me on the application for Eur Ing.

I am in the process of applying CEng, currently waiting for the stage 4 result. My UG degree was a BEng(Hons) 3 years degree (2001) but I top it up with a MSc degree in 2003. However my MSc degree was accredted by the IET for further learning in 2005.

My question is: -

1) FEANI's regulation requires that the applicants with "unaccredited" degree must have at least 15 years experience. It is counted from the first year we study our BEng or after we complete our MSc?

2) Do i fall into this cateogry? (15 years working experience).

Advice from experts is much appreciated.

  • Hi C.F.,

I'm sorry for not replying earlier, this thread has just been brought to my attention.  I can see that Johan has suggested that Lisa and I would be able to help you, however our area of expertise is communities and we have very little experience of professional registration once you get into detailed advice and information.

Jane Black is the professional registration contact in the staff team and if you look at this page on the website you can find your International Professional Registration Advisor in Maylaysia.

    I hope this helps.
