I agree. And why do the magazines include fax-back enquiry forms. Surely it's time we consigned fax machines to museums? Nearly everything is avialable electronically, and that which isn't can be scanned.

I've just got the PEJ today. There are about three really good letters in it. Why didn't they appear in these forums instead?

I think we've a way to go yet, nil desparandum!
