Well, today is my 1st time to Savoy Place and I must say, I am very impressed. Was not expecting a 'bus station' waiting room but at the same time, was not sure what to expect. Well done IET
I can vouch for that. If you try to make a booking through the IET they are a bit reluctant as it provides no income and affects their budget. However once you have a booking the venue staff are superb. I have hosted a couple of meetings there as a committee chairman and attended a number of other committee meetings as a member, and as a venue (at least for smaller meetings of up to a dozen) it is among the best I have experienced.
