I am connected to electrical storage.

I am not easily shocked when illuminated.

It's all Greek to me Kelly. (Clue). Think pyro cable. (Another clue, I am just too generous).

  • Well, if it's Aunt Bessie, are you a roast potato?

Ah,  yes, heat and cooking do come into it. There is a clue in the 1882 1st edition  of the regulations which I recently posted. Rules and Regulations for the Prevention of Fire Risks Arising from Electric Lighting. 1882.

I am connected to electrical storage.  As a rugged battery storage jar. Circa 1908.

I am not easily shocked when illuminated.  As used for strong durable lantern globes.

I am linked to pyr. Fire and Pyrex. Heat resistant glass.

I have connections to food by Bessie and Jessie. Jessie Littleton made a casserole dish for his wife Bessie out of a cut down battery jar made of borosilicate glass.

What am I? Well, heat resistant glass,  borosilicate glass or Pyrex would do as well.
