Battery Connection.

Ha, ha. This post is not what you expected is it??


I am connected to electrical storage.  As a rugged battery storage jar. Circa 1908.


I am not easily shocked when illuminated.  As used for strong durable lantern globes.


I am linked to pyr. Fire and Pyrex. Heat resistant glass.


I have connections to food by Bessie and Jessie. Jessie Littleton made a casserole dish for his wife Bessie out of a cut down battery jar made of borosilicate glass.


What am I? Well, heat resistant glass,  borosilicate glass or Pyrex would do as well.
