Electrical Safety. Not taught at school?

    I recall some of the rather gruesome public information films shown on TV, and in cinemas and schools. They were in my view a good thing, but would never be allowed today lest any little darlings became distressed.

    Also political correctness WRT to race/skin colour would be a minefield.


    If the victim was white, the the PC lobby would complain "that is racist and gives the impression that we live in an all white society"

    If the victim was black, the PC lobby would complain "that is racist and gives the impression that black kids are more likely to be killed"


    Then consider not just race but also "trans issues" and gender identity, and sexism etc.


    You must live in a funny old world
