Electrical Safety. Not taught at school?

  • Actually given some of what is actually broadcast on the channels for minority interest, I bet you could screen just that sort of 'shock tactic' safety film on UK TV without complaints, but there would probably be no management appetite to do so. Like the health and safety monster that has been unleashed, the 'woke' approach means  a lot of otherwise perfectly sensible folk are restricted by limits that are purely self-inflicted, instead of the original intention.

    But then as my youngsters keep reminding me, I'm from the last century, and my approach to risk, comedy and politics reflects that and  is correspondingly different to theirs.
