Ukraine Electricity Cost.

My strawberry seller told me how much he pays for electricity per unit in his home country the Ukraine.

Do you think that it is:

a, Free of charge,

b, 10p per unit.

c, 55p per unit,

d, 27.3p per unit?

    This document suggests Ukraine gets a significant fraction of its electricity from (Russian designed) nuclear plants, and burns quite a lot of coal and gas. That data may be a bit out of date, but as a transit country for Russian gas going to Europe, I presume to tap a bit off for a power station still makes sense.
