Why is my electric meter off?

Only my meter is off; totally blank Confused 

All other neighbour meters are on. Meter is located outside of the flat. I turned off today while I was at work. It was working fine in the morning, i.e. I had electricity.

Online I get only suggestions to top up, but I do not use top up, smart meter or pay as you go options. I get my bill every 2, 3 months and pay regularly.

P.S. I did report issue to utility provider.

    Do you mean that the digital display on the meter is blank, or do you mean that you have no electricity supply ?

    What EXACTLY did you turn off and why. Are you certain that what whatever that you turned off has been FULLY and correctly turned back on, and not for example left in a halfway position.

    Within you flat there is probably an RCD, this may need resetting after any interruption to the supply, including the turning off to which you refer.

    Another but fairly remote possibility is that the supply has been cut off for non payment, with multiple meters as illustrated, it is not unknown for the wrong one to be cut off.

    All RCDs and MCBs are in on position.

    Meter is not showing any value and there is no electricity in flat.

    I have not touched any equipment outside my flat.
