- Vastly reduced energy consumption in the UK, fewer new power stations.
- Maximum home comfort, no more cold or hot or damp homes.
- Due to 2, a large reduction in visits to hospital reducing costs to the NHS.
Andy.
Radiators are now obsolete, They are inefficient, take along time to respond and cost many times the price of RAAHPs to install.
I think I may have given the wrong impression regarding ventilation to suspended timber ground floors. The suspended timber ground floors are normally sealled in relation to the air in the rest of the house with flooring/carpet, so are not a problem, as long as the insulation does not block the air bricks. As heat rises the losses of energy to under suspended timber ground floors are small and can be compared with the loss through the foundations, double glazed windows etc.
