garyGary you are not a stroppy git, you are pursuing your justified complaint and claiming your rights as a consumer. Why shouldn't you, you paid good money for goods that are not worth good money. C.E.F. is a franchise business I believe, so the branch is only as good as its individual owner/manager. It is good that C.E.F. is accommodating in this matter, BUT will you get any compensation to cover the time involved in removing the rusty lights and then replacing them? I think not.

I think CEF is still a family owned business and as just said Gary doesn’t have any consumer rights as a supplier of the lights, he is caught in the middle of the supply chain.
