O ring kits

How reliable are o rings made from kits?

Shower pump end cap o rings are what I had in mind.

A mechanical service kit is over fifty quid, but the only way to buy the o rings as OEM spares

Otherwise it’s measure and order for a second visit unless you know what sizes you are likely to want and carry stock with you.
