Changing tails and paperwork

I have changed some tails and was wondering if a MWC would suffice .the work was carried out after a EICR carried out by another electrician who will remain anonymous ?. Cannot understand how 16mm tails fed from a 100amp cutout can be deemed as C1, there's no signs of overheating etc and the installation is around 30 years old, I personally would have given it a C2.

    Walsh,

    C1 immediate danger

C2 no immediate danger but could become dangerous under certain circumstances

Clear difference in my mind pal ??

I wasn't suggesting that there's no difference, but pointing out that either way would be unsatisfactory and require remedial work. But whether there is an issue at all is less clear, not knowing what the actual loads connected are.
