There are lots of towel rail type wall mounted "oil" filled radiators available from many shops. They tend to be water filled these days. That is water with an additive which might be an anti-freeze/rust inhibitor mix. Follow the makers' instructions to the letter after fixing the brute to the wall. Some come pre-filled some don't. Do not run them dry after fixing, that will damage the heating element. Many require them to be heated up fully with a top mounted bleed valve open, then it is closed.
