A installation in macedonia a non EU country

  • I'm wondering on the system and voltage. Can't be overly high (no more than a couple of kv at best, due to the arrangement of the busbars passing through the wall) but there's no apparent neutral? Do they use a delta system in large factories for the loads, with an earthed but not distributed neutral, like the UK's HV network?
