    From experience I would say so long as it is parked off the road on his own property there is nothing that the authorities will do about it.

    HSE said nothing to do with us it’s a cafe, so the local council are responsible for H&S enforcement.


    The council said we don’t think it is illegal, the political said they would just go with the councils decision.


    I am still unsure what would have happened it someone working on the street lighting had received a shock then fell off the ladder they were using.
