Thanks again Mike, got that now, exactly as you said, downloaded pic, wrote up short text, filled the 3 boxes, (I did wonder what they were for!), hit on the box with jagged edges/mountain scene. Hit update. Job done. Thanks again.
I find the contrast is rather better though, I found blue on blue to be very hard. I assume this is an 'improve legibility /accessability' option and the thing that other folk call the 'hamburger menu' that you get instead of text when you make the browser magnification >125% is actually visible now, rather than point and hope.
