HVAC controller

Happy new year to all, I am currently involved in sorting out a few problems with the heating in a gym, basically a gas  boiler heating radiators, working with gas engineer, part of the system has a HVAC hot air blower and extractor controlled by one of these

Landis & Gyr RWF 61.1 Polygyr Temperature Contoller

There are two thermocouples connected to it which are attached to the HVAC plant, the unit does not appear to work, I imagine it will shut down the blowers if the hot water temp drops, as you can see i have found a reconned unit, but no manual is available, has anyone worked on this unit before, looks like early 90s

  • Not worked with one, but attached is a French copy of the data sheet.

Seems that the sensors are not thermocouples, or if they are there is an amplifier module before it meets the controller, as the signals are 1-10V . On the PCB links select proportional or integral control.  That may at least help you to work out if the sensors are OK.
