This Forum, what is it? a few posts recently reminded me of what we have here.

A collection of Electricians, Electrical Engineers, Consultants, Supply side Engineers, Inspectors. Armed to the teeth with qualifications, experience  and reasoning.

Would give Shroedinger and his cat a good run for their money - makes the chicken/egg question look simple (actually the chicken/egg question is simple but that`s another matter).

You could not get guidance like this fom any scheme or body. It is brill. You even get building regs and advice, carpentry and electronics/radio thrown in too plus a host of other subjects. And a weekend quiz too. Ohh and a few comedians and some quirky quips.

To sum it up. Sheer Brilliance

  • Evolution to my mind is simply a process involving genetic mutations that have a positive impact which result in the subject having an advantage above the norm. i.e. mutated gills that enable an amphibian to breathe out of water for longer, mutated fins that enable better movement on land etc etc. As these subjects have the advantage their numbers grow whereas those without the mutation eventually die off or stay exactly how they are depending on the surrounding circumstances.

In my opinion, humans are just a mutated breed of monkeys and because something in that mutation gave us the advantage, our numbers grew and grew whereas the breeds of monkeys that did not experience the genetic mutation have stayed as monkeys.

This is very deep for a Monday morning.... ?

So if we're saying 'What came first? The chicken or the egg? Then it's the egg

If we're saying 'What came first? The chicken or the hen's egg? Then it's the chicken! ?
