If this installation was new, would you provide 30mA RCD protection?

The carrots - coloured to show they are second grade and for animal feed only 'horse carrots' as they call them round here.
It is more than a bit cheeky to wash the dye off and pass them off as human food grade.
The level of acceptable risk associated with this activity suggests that an RCD would not be required in this case.
