Tails size

Hello hope everyone has managed to keep safe this far.

I need to install a TPN isolator from the cutout so if needed for future maintenance we can isolate panel board.

My question is what size tails would I need the isolator will be within 2m of the panel board looking at table 4D1A column 9 looks about right which leads to 70mm cable how easy are these to handle and terminate also are there any alternative suggestions?

This will be my first time playing with tails this size ?

Thanks in advance Ts.

Yes minimum size 70mm but if a sustained 200A load they will run very hot (70 degrees). 95mm is usual for a 200A supply fuses but the load is usually a lot less and not sustained. If you know the actual load then I can calculate the running temperature for 95mm?
