I work in the water industry so not clear on the requirements. Was just not sure if there would have to be additional bonding in place to the barrier pictured from the cable tray etc.

Has the rail been earthed because it is considered an exposed-conductive-part or bonded because it is an extraneous-conductive-part that it might require supplementary bonding?
