Visibility of BS951 Bonding Clamp

We have a problem with an over zealous pipe lagger.  Should the cable terminations or the whole clamp be visible on a pipe bonding clamp?

    To answer my own question GN8 states "the clamp and its conductor termination are required to be accessible".

    If it's possible to easily remove the lagging in the vicinity of the clamp then I would regard that as accessible.

    Accessible does not mean unlagged - so long as if you ever  need to inspect the connection the local lagging can be removed.

    I agree, if it was easy to remove the lagging.

    Accessible does not mean unlagged - so long as if you ever  need to inspect the connection the local lagging can be removed.


    That's a bit like the argument that junction boxes under floorboards are accessible, but everything is accessible with enough time money and effort.
