Conductor repair

I have come across an socket outlet which has had the insulation on a neutral wire repaired with heat shrink, it looks like the socket screw has damaged it previously.
Would this be an acceptable repair?

  • A couple of Henley blocks or a 2 pole isolator would have been a better solution, assuming this was done to avoid calling in someone allowed/prepared  to open meter seals. Still the good news is that polarity is indicated and there appears to be a CPC.

I wonder if it was done live....
