Two earth paths?

  • came across a house split into 2 flats.two seperate cutouts/meters. The earthing was running from one cutout, to the earthing block (1st flat )then to the gas pipe(10mm). Then from that gas pipe to the 2nd flat earthing block. But earthing also coming from that 2nd cutout to the 2nd board earthing block. Is that a problem

    Is it over-sleeved in blue at both ends?

    Bad practice quoting quotes on this forum it plays havoc on small screens.


    I read that this morning and mistook it for an earthing conductors between the   suppliers earth terminals, which probably isn’t a bad idea.
