I recently saw an EICR for a bungalow with one consumer unit that ran to fourteen pages with thirty seven observations and the summary of the condition has a continuation page.
It says: “The wiring of the installation is generally in a good condition, however (see continuation sheet).”
The customer read that and but not the continuation sheet or the rest of the report, she read “good condition” and stopped at that.
