EICR - lamp without diffuser in bathroom

Hello, should a lamp without a diffuser outside of zones 0-2 in a bathroom be classed as C2 or C3 on an EICR?

    I think the potential issue if any is that it doesn't have a back plate. It is screwed strait to the ceiling so the connections in the back could be stuffed up into the ceiling void although i presume you checked that.
