EICR - lamp without diffuser in bathroom

Hello, should a lamp without a diffuser outside of zones 0-2 in a bathroom be classed as C2 or C3 on an EICR?

    What about the light fitting in the shower cubicle? ..... that's the one to the left ....




    Isn't that a pendant in the entrance hall or landing seen in a mirror?
