Light reading

  • I'm not sure of the wording in GN 5, but electrodes to keep the voltage down in the case of a broken PEN is a well known technique - very frequently used with low power installations, such as individual street lighting columns. For larger installations (say a 100A domestic) the required resistance would be so low as to be practically impossible to achieve.
