I would like to ask what the distances 0.75m and 1.25m on the illustration drawing from the surface expected to be occupied by persons refer to, No explanations of the same is given in IEC 60364-2-21-1993 page 6
The 0.75m is the distance you can reach under the floor you are lying on - so like hanging over the side to reach something under a platform or reaching under a plat form or through an access like a trap or hatch for example, that you cannot pass your head and shoulders through.
Note that this is an absolute minimum and assumes no credible use of hand held tools, cameras or what have you that increase the distance you might make contact. In nearly all real cases, the distances end up being increased a bit.
