Double pole RCD

Is there anything preventing us from using these type of RCDs for a 55-0-55 circuit?

    So is it just the voltage that will effect only the testing of the rcd Surely it should still operate? I know the regs say it should be able to functional test but in the case of this I believe it to be an addition as the circuit is 55-0-55?
