Trunking in a loft for cabling, to be off the floor

I am going to be threading through some new cabling for CAT6 wiring from the loft, it's a bit of a strange setup as the back of the house is two story and the front is three as the old attic rooms/servants quarters (who knows) so in essence it is a straight line through the loft back to the rack.

However since we use the loft for some storage and access I didn't want to lay the cable on the floor but suspend it in some cable trays from the roof beams, they are whatever the standard roof pitch is - I was told to use suspension kits, but this involves lots of wires hanging.  I wonder if anyone has had similar, or a better solution they can suggest?

I have tried to find some form of L bracket that I could use for the cable tray but seems no-one makes them to attach to a wall or beam.
