My friend has just had transformer boxes installed in her kitchen units. To me this looks strange. Does anyone know if this poses a problem as she has children in the house.
It would be much better if the junction box (on the right) and the transformer were screwed down. A curious child might want to pull it out, which would not be a good idea. Ideally, it should be boxed in, which is a job for a chippy rather than a sparks.
