The next little drama: BS7671 18th Edition Amendment 2 2022.

It’s only about eighteen weeks until the new edition of the regs is published, so whats coming?

  • Did you comment on the DPC when you were given the opportunity to submit your comments? If you did then you never know your comment may have changed the the final document. The published document will vary no doubt from the DPC but we must wait to see.

    BS 7671 does not have, unlike other standards,  any provisions to allow deviations. There is no  “deviations box”  on the model forms so unlikely to be busy.
