Access via legacy devices

I have two Ipads. The older one (10 years old)  runs IOS 9.3.5 and the newer one (6 years old) runs IOS 12.5.5. Neither displays any of the discussions.  Are there any thoughts on allowing access for older legacy devices or is it very much focussed on newer technology ?

    I just tried my wife's Ipad that I bought and set up for her, the forum won't run on a 6th Generation IPad running 14.7.1, so there's not much hope for the rest of us!
