The Kewtech KEWEVSE charge point testing adapter has output terminals for an oscilloscope, when and why would you test an EVSE installation with an oscilloscope?
Check the pilot comms is working properly - see page 5 of the Manual. Help in fault finding when vehicle refuses to charge - you can check whether the EVSE (Mode 3 or 4 charging point) is working properly.
