So it could indeed have been two outgoing circuits but it could also be one outgoing circuit.
However he has now told us that it is a "lollipop" circuit which is one radial circuit to a junction box feeding one ring final circuit. A Ring Final Circuit is a mostly British idea that only exists in a very few other parts of the world. Some think it`s a good idea and some think it`s a bad idea. It has advantages and it has disadvantages too.
