well without the cover it does not meet the latest regs for IP rating. It is also missing the milky plastic snap on caps that go over the incoming terminal screws

I have retro-fitted a few of those live in the past and it always  needed a slight psych up moment first.
Also it may be that there is no upfront RCD or perhaps there is one in the meter tails.

The use of a 15A (blue spots) holder for 30A fusewire is naughty, as the pins are a bit thin - but there is usually loads in hand on the old brass holders, so if its not looking charred  I'd not worry too much.. What has happened to the wooden back though ?  - it seems too small for the number of fuse carriers.

There is a shortage of earth sleeves  but as mentioned elsewhere on this forum that could be C3 or C2...
not great, with the covers on probably not imediate danger. Not to current standards though.

The wooden base is correct, it is just the camera distortion that makes it appear a little undersize.

Nobody has mentioned the single insulated tails yet! The plastic covers were present on the main terminals but I removed them prior to taking the photo.

I just love the double screw termianls. So secure. And all brass screws as well.

Not a problem inside the enclosure any more than the circuit live conductors.
