My first post!
Got a new piece of equipment to be fed from 63A/80A single phase supply. Requires at least 2x 3C cables entering sized at 16mmsq (H07 type).
Glands wont fit, no cable strain relief...
Thoughts appreciated.

Doesn't look to meet the IP2X requirement normally needed for enclosures if a finger can reach live parts like that. (Although some equipment standards occasionally have differing requirements.)
I'd suggest having a word with the supplier/manufacturer, or failing that replace those grommets with something with smaller holes, if needs be sandwich the existing wall with a couple of sheets something with a holes appropriate for stuffing glands (or smaller grommets) in them.

I have struggled to find glands that will suit the required cable size and available hole size. Looked at manufacturing a new terminal box but can't as it would block access to other parts of the equipment.
