LED Battens. live parts Accessible without a tool ?

Any thoughts on the above please. I would think they are non compliant in certain situations as you literally just pull them apart to access the inside.

    I would say a class one light fitting is yes.  I know they are generally out of reach but sometimes not.  Is out of reach even permitted on a domestic installation ?
