LED Battens. live parts Accessible without a tool ?

Any thoughts on the above please. I would think they are non compliant in certain situations as you literally just pull them apart to access the inside.

    Interesting point. I can recall fluorescent fittings whose cover could be removed (after removal of the tube) by unscrewing thumb nuts.
