LED Battens. live parts Accessible without a tool ?

Any thoughts on the above please. I would think they are non compliant in certain situations as you literally just pull them apart to access the inside.

    Aside from the discussion regarding the normal unswitched B22 In the general case, I believe the minimum requirements of BS 7671 for basic protection are IP2X (or IPXXB), with the requirements of Regulation 416.2.2 noted (IP4X or IPXXD for accessible top surfaces of barriers or enclosures).
