Beach Hut

Hi all

Been asked to wire a beach hut up that apparently has its own supply 

I only really do domestic work and 90% new builds so this is slightly different.

Is there anything I need to be aware of ? Should I have a earth rod, fuse board height ? Etc etc

    To give some more information guys, its a beach hut but its not directly on the beach.

    Its up on a esplanade high up some steps, so not sat directly on the beach
