Beach Hut

Hi all

Been asked to wire a beach hut up that apparently has its own supply 

I only really do domestic work and 90% new builds so this is slightly different.

Is there anything I need to be aware of ? Should I have a earth rod, fuse board height ? Etc etc

    I would be very wary about driving an earth spike in if it's on a public promenade. You have no idea what is below ground.
